Hawaii: Getting there, the Napali Coast

Updated: August 13th, 2005

I have finally decided to post some of my Hawai'i trip pictures for your enjoyment. The reason it's taken so long is partly because I am now using OS X (Apple) and partly because I have not had much time to do so with the wedding planning, Jennie going back to school in a month and my full and part-time jobs.

So, what I have decided to do is to update the site on a continuous basis until all of the pictures I want to upload are here for your viewing pleasure.

Jennie's brother Josh

Jennie's grandmother

First morning on the island of Kaua'i and I awoke at 5am. Something told me to get my camera and head out to the beach. Boy, am I glad I did.

Roosters rule Kaua'i

Waimea Canyon (the little grand canyon)

Jennie's father ... I think this one of the only pictures I have of him.

Spouting Horn is a natural blow hole on the Kaua'i coast

Crystal clear water. The bottom is about 15-20 ft. from the surface.

This is a lava tube that was filled with magma when it cooled, then the cliff sheared off with a clean break.

More to come in a new post (splitting it up for all you dial-up users).
